1. Our services and your agreement

Hiro Animation is a creative studio based in Sri Lanka, providing custom 3D product animation, modelling and rendering services. These terms apply to direct orders. Your written quote, invoice and any project agreement set out the specific services being purchased.

Please review the scope and these policies before accepting a quote or making a payment. Where a signed project agreement or NDA addresses a specific matter, that agreed provision takes priority. Orders placed through Fiverr or another marketplace remain subject to that platform’s terms and processes.

2. Scope, quotes and payment

Before work begins, we agree on the deliverables, duration or image count, resolution, aspect ratios, revision allowance, estimated schedule, price and currency. Any deposit, milestone payments and balance due will be stated in the quote or invoice. A website enquiry alone does not confirm an order.

Please pay only the amount and currency on your agreed invoice using the instructions we provide. Payment methods depend on availability. When online payment is offered, it is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Keep your invoice and payment confirmation for reference.

3. Client materials and feedback

Please provide accurate product information, usable CAD or reference files, approved logos and text, and timely feedback. You must have the necessary rights or permission for materials supplied to us. Let us know about confidentiality restrictions before sending sensitive information.

Client approval of a storyboard, design, animation preview or text guides the next production stage. Changes to approved work can require additional time and cost, which we will discuss before proceeding.

4. Revisions and additional work

The revision allowance is the allowance stated in your quote. Please consolidate feedback and use screenshots or timecodes where helpful. Corrections needed because our delivery does not match the agreed scope are handled as service issues.

A new concept, additional model, extra video length, extra revision round or new output format may be additional work. Changing an aspect ratio after rendering can require another render. We will agree on any extra charge and schedule change with you before carrying out that work.

5. Timeline and digital delivery

Delivery dates are agreed for each project and depend on receiving the required payment, assets, approvals and feedback. If the scope changes or a delay occurs, we will communicate the effect on the schedule.

We supply the agreed files electronically through email or a download or file-sharing link. There is no physical shipping. Previews may be watermarked or unfinished. Final deliverables, formats and payment conditions follow your project agreement. Please download and keep your own copy of the final files.

6. Use of work and intellectual property

Your rights to use the final deliverables follow the written project agreement and any applicable third-party licence terms. You retain rights in the materials you provide. Our pre-existing tools, techniques, templates and know-how remain ours.

Editable working files, scene files and source assets are included only if expressly listed in the agreed deliverables. Music, fonts, stock media and other licensed assets remain subject to their licences. Any portfolio use of confidential or unreleased client work must respect the permissions and confidentiality terms agreed with you.

7. Cancellations, refunds and concerns

Our Return & Refund Policy explains cancellations, refunds for unused work, service issues and incorrect payments. Please contact us with your project reference so we can review a concern and work towards a resolution.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact details, project information and related records. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Updates

We may update these website terms for future orders and will show the effective date above. Changes do not replace the terms already agreed for an existing project without agreement between you and us.
