2. Service Description

Hiro Animation offers a variety of animation services, including but not limited to character design, storyboarding, animation production, and post-production editing. Our services may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to each project, which will be communicated to you prior to engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Hiro Animation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements, deadlines, and any other relevant details. You also agree to promptly respond to communication from our team regarding the project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice provided by Hiro Animation. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, associated with the animation produced by Hiro Animation shall remain the property of Hiro Animation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients retain the rights to any original content provided by them for use in the animation project.

6. Confidentiality

Hiro Animation agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by the client for the purpose of the project. Likewise, the client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by Hiro Animation during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hiro Animation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

10. Amendments
